Adverts can be placed on the site within days of becoming vacant whereas adverts in Journals can take a month. Jobs can be placed on the site by going to the forums. There you will find a forum which is dedicated to jobs. Anyone can advertise a vacancy just read the instructions at the top of the jobs forum.

If you are looking for a job, why not advertise your profile online. This can then be viewed by prospective employers. If you are able to cover maternity or sick leave add this to your profile as many practices may need you at short notice to cover absence.
